This copper Kleenex tissue holder is naturally aged and has no coating, so there is nothing blocking the properties of the copper. It is nice an heavy so you can pull out tissue without moving the container. A great item to have during these times!
You might be wondering why such a simple item is so expensive. First, it is made of 14 gauge domestic copper. Secondly, all sides have to be welded together, then the welds must be ground down and then the entire piece must be hand finished prior to patina. The patina is applied simply with a sea sponge and vinegar. The patina process can take several hours.
