We do not cut corners on our accessories. Everything we offer is professional quality. You will not see bamboo, resin or cheap plastic cutting boards on our site. Our Butcher Grade Cutting boards are the exact material butchers cut on. They may look like what you have used before, but I can assure you they will amaze you. They are not sold on the market anywhere as far as I know, so it is unlikely you have used one like ours.
