What you see on the left is the typical inside corner on a fabricated stainless steel sink. The outside corners are typically welded and the interior corners are not - leaving a dark line that often looks like a crack or open seam. Trust me, it is not an open seam though. Over the past years we have developed and have a proprietary method of MicroWelding the interior corners. Professional welders are literally in disbelief that this kind of welding can be accomplished. In fact, one of our customers works with the welders at N.A.S.A. and told me he had never seen anything like the welding we do.
Good enough is not in our vocabulary. I fully understand the majority of families cannot budget for this type of investment. That being said, if you are in that position, I will assist you in finding the second best company to invest with. It is my goal simply to assist and be of help. I will spend just as much time working with you to find another brand as I will building a custom sink with you.
Custom Made in the USA Stainless Steel Kitchen Sinks - All sinks are 16 gauge, all are custom made. All are Hand-Crafted in Florida in our shop of artisans.
We have had visitors from N.A.S.A. who have a huge welding team. They marveled at the quality of our welding. One in particular commented that the welds on the exterior of our sinks look more like jewelry than secondary welding that only the plumber might see. This is an example.
The photo to the left is intentionally large when it is clicked on. I want you to see the quality of the "MicroWeld" interior corners that form a micro radius in each vertical corner. By the way, I took this photo in the shop before the sink was even cleaned for shipping!
Our micro radius corners are easy to clean!
This is just one example of the difference between a Rachiele sink and most others. The retail price on this Franke PKX11028 28 3/4" sink is $2399. What other "Luxury Brands" pass off as first quality would be put in our scrap bin.
